Gluten Free and Grain Free Christmas Cake GF SCD

Gluten Free & Grain Free Christmas Cake

I decided to improve my other gluten and grain free Christmas cake recipe this year and I thought you might like the recipe since it has turned out so well! It's easily one of the best Christmas Cakes I've tasted. Christmas Cake is a favourite in our house and Christmas just wouldn't be the same without it.

Gluten Free Nutty Vegetarian Stuffing GF

Newburn Bakehouse contacted me to ask if I would like to share one of their Christmas recipes on my blog. I requested a vegetarian stuffing recipe and was delighted that they sent this one because not only does it look amazing, it was quick and easy to make but I added in some butternut squash and fresh parsley to further enhance the recipe.

Vegan Gluten Free Christmas Cake GF

I made a small vegan gluten free Christmas Cake this year that I thought you might like to try. I normally wouldn't share before it's been taste tested but this looks perfect on the outside so I'm hoping it's just as good in the middle.

Mulled Wine and Fig Tarts

Grain Free Fig Tarts GF SCD

I'm a traditional Christmas person. I love mince pies and Christmas cake and in the past there would always be a packet of fig rolls in the cupboard, my husband's favourite. He's been asking me to make gluten free fig rolls for the last couple of months and for Christmas this year I've made some fig tarts.
